Any questions or concerns should be called into 910-231-0398. Renter ("Lessee") must agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS set forth below before rental can be processed with Sweet Life Rentals, Inc. ("SLR").
Beach Rentals
- SLR is NOT responsible for any injury associated with Cabana(s).
- Lessee assumes responsibility for lost or damaged Cabana(s) resulting from misuse or non-compliance with TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- SLR will set up Cabana each day of rental period by 9am and remove after 5pm.
- Each Cabana can be identified by the SLR logo on canopy and will have a TAG identifying your rental including: last name and address.
- Cabana(s) will be set up in front of rental property (if oceanfront) or at the beach access of Lessee's choice.
- SLR will do our best to accommodate Lessee's location request and will attempt any location changes on the next rental day. Understand that this is a public beach!
- Lessee will NOT remove or adjust placement of Cabana by tampering with stakes or weight bags set by SLR.
- Cabana is to be used for a sun shelter ONLY and is NOT protection from storms including rain, high winds and lightning.
- SLR reserves the right not to set up or remove Cabana early from location in the event of storms involving heavy rain, lightning or winds in excess of 17+ MPH.
- Cabanas removed due to weather will not be reset if weather forecast is not clear; this is for the safety of Lessee and employees of SLR. You may contact SLR for current and forecasted inclement weather.
- Lessee will keep all flame and heat sources away from Cabana(s). DO NOT build fires within Cabana enclosure.
- For Lessee safety, DO NOT hang ANY personal items from Cabana at any time.
- Lessee must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
PAYMENTS:
Payment will be processed when order is made. We guarantee orders placed 2 weeks prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
A full refund will be given if order is cancelled one (1) week prior to arrival. For cancellations less than one (1) week in advance, a 25% administrative fee will be assessed. Refunds will be given on a pro rated basis if Cabana(s) is/are not set up at all. No refunds on early take downs due to inclement weather.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a Mandatory Evacuation Lessee will be refunded a pro-rated credit per day Cabana is not used. If rental period has not begun, Lessee will receive a full refund. Please contact SLR if such should occur.
Other Outdoor Rentals
- SLR is NOT responsible for any injury associated with any rental items provided by SLR.
- Lessee assumes responsibility for lost or damaged rental itemsresulting from misuse or non-compliance with TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- SLR will deliver all rental items on appointed rental day or as per customer agreement.
- A delivery fee will be assessed for rentals more than 20 miles from Holden Beach, NC.
- Lessee must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
