When to expect the cabana?

A.

We strive to have it there by 9am and pickup starts at 5pm. On Sundays the first day of setup we can not guarantee a set time. The reason for this is many customers are interested in what we do, how long it takes, how long we have done it, and so on. While we like to converse with people, but adding 2 minutes of talking to every stop on the initial day does put us behind by the time we get to the last stop (West End houses).

Do I get a refund if the weather is bad?

We only charge for the days we do setup. Cards are only charged once service has been provided.

What if I want my Cabana in a different location?

A.

We will do our best to accommodate all location changes on the next rental day. Simply give us a call or tell us when we pick the rentals up. Please do not attempt to move a Cabana that has been placed by our staff. This is for your safety and the protection of our cabanas.

If I decide I would like additional items or service can I change my order?

Yes, no problem. Just give us a call or contact us through the website and we will make the changes.
